Who runs this site

Lubbock Electrician Pros is a free quote-request service. It is not an electrical contractor and does not perform electrical work. Requests sent through it go to independent electrical contractors, who are separate businesses.

What is collected

When you use the quote form, the site collects what you enter: your name and phone number (required), and optionally your email address, ZIP code or town, the type of electrical work and the details you describe. It also records which page you sent the form from.

Like most websites, the site receives basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location based on your IP address. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads.

How the form works

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser and device for that check. When you submit, your entries are delivered by Cloudflare email delivery to the site operator. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How it is used and shared

• To get you quotes. Your request is shared with independent electrical contractors who serve your area, so they can contact you about it. Those contractors may pay Lubbock Electrician Pros to receive requests, and they handle your information under their own privacy practices.
• To follow up. With the consent you give on the form, the site operator or the matched contractors may call, text or email you about your request. Calls and texts from the site identify Lubbock Electrician Pros, and requests to stop are honored.
• To run the site. Technical data helps keep the site working, block spam and show which pages are useful.
• When the law requires it. Information may be disclosed to comply with the law or protect the safety of others.

Lubbock Electrician Pros does not sell your personal information.

Phone calls

Calls to the site's number, (806) 621-0160, are routed through a call-routing provider to independent electrical contractors who serve the Lubbock area. The person who answers works for that contractor, not for this site. Calls may be recorded by the call-routing provider or by the company that receives the call, under their own practices. The routing provider may keep basic call records, such as the calling number, time and length of the call.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology and processes data under Google's own privacy terms. You can block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long it is kept

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to pass them along, follow up and keep basic business records, and are then deleted.

Your choices

• Stop contact. Reply STOP to a text from the site, or tell the caller you want no more calls.
• Delete your request. Send a note through the quote form with the same name and phone number and ask for deletion. The site's copy will be deleted. Contractors who already received your request keep their own records, so contact them as well.
• Ask a question. Use the same form and say it is a privacy question.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home or rental. It does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also the terms of use and about this service.
